I would like to continue looking into education reforms crafted and instituted by a select few (with power and money) without public knowledge and consent; perhaps taking a closer look at Chicago, Detroit, and New Jersey. More curiosities that have bubbled up are the possibility of referendums to modify or abolish all this standardization. Preliminary research suggests that there is a movement in many states to do this. Also, I'm wondering about the possible use of Game Theory strategies at work in all of this. What befalls us is not random and as in a chess game, moves by the gamers is planned out in advance, anticipating all the hypothetical responses to the inth degree. I'm excited to see what I might discover.
